"Go where I send thee"

Safety and peace my friends, lot of people ask me this question....."What's you favorite kind of cheese?" and I say does it mater........... Then they ask "Where do you want to go on a mission?" and that is what this post is about. For a while I pondered that question and I came up with if "If I went out of the states I would like to go to Vatican city or Veince, Italy or Scotland/United Kingdom. In the states I would like to go to Seattle, Washington or Washington DC. I haven't thought much about going in the states but that's where I'm going to be since I know ASL. But I wouldn't mind I will go and do the things the lord commands me to do, if its out of the states I will go to the work. The words of Nephi....

Safety and peace my friends, this week has been eh........ kinda boring nothing much happen.......... so why am I writing you ask well let me tell ya..... actually I don't know my self........ this morning I started to play Halo: Reach ( I love that game) then I decided to get off because... ok it's getting boring and I still don't have a "Profitable" job. Then I started to think about my missionary plaque and the scripture I want to put on it while I was thinking about which scripture I want I thought of what Nephi said "and my father dwelt in a tent"......(slight pause)...... ok I was really thinking about 1 Nephi 3:7 "And it came to pass that I Nephi said unto my father: I will go and do the things which the Lord hath commanded for I know the Lord giveth no commandment unto the children of me save he shall prepare a way for them that they may accomplish the thing which he commandeth them" I know that I mentioned it in my testimony. Then I thought of a scripture in D&C 4:3 "Therefore, if ye have desires to serve God ye are called to the work." There are so many scripture to use or learn from and I like to know which one is your favorite, whoa this is starting to sound like a teacher's writing this for a class... weird.... oh well until next time Safety and Peace.

Testimony.. online?

Safety and peace my friends, Today... well I was suppose to post this last week.... on November 6th 2010, on facebook but I forgot and my internet isn't working soooooooo I'm doing it today.... consider it a late birthday gift....... or early which ever you prefer..... ok...... I like to bare my testimony that I know this is the true church of god that Heavenly Father loves each one of us and so does Jesus Christ, for I know that he suffered for all of our sins at the garden of Gethsemane. There is a talk I heard but sadly I don't remember who said it but I remember he said that "Gethsemane was indeed a garden and where there is a garden there is a gardener and that man must have been a great gardener and took well care of his garden" I may not remember it word for word but it made me think about D&C 4:4 "Behold the field is white and ready to harvest and lo he that thrusteth his sickle with all his might the same layeth up in store that he perisheth not, but bringeth salvation unto his soul." This scripture motivated me to choose to serve a mission cause I know that there are people out there that want to know the truth about life and about who they are and why are they here. I may not know where I'll be going on my mission yet but as Nephi said "I will go and do the things the Lord hath commanded, for I know that the lord giveth no commandments unto the children of me, save he shall prepare a way for them that they may accomplish the thing which he commandeth them. I know this is the true church and that the church was restored through Joseph Smith the prophet, I know that Thomas S. Monson is the true prophet in our days and that he will help us in our lives. I know that the Book of Mormon is a true account of the Nephites and Lamenites and other people that lived in the Americas, I know that the Prophets were called of God to preach repentance and other messages to us, I'm thankful for my family and friends that are supporting me on my mission. I am thankful for a father in heaven that loves and a brother that has sacificed him self so we can return with him again, and I'm thankful for the Holy Ghost who has help me through my life. And I say this in the name of our saviour, our redeem, Jesus Christ Amen..... Happy Be-lated Birthday Deter F. School or no School?

Safty and Peace my friends, yesterday..... well actually sunday Oct. 31, 2010 17:00 MT to be exact I found this book in my room titled "BYU Independent study" and as I looked at the book my mind started to wonder to the time when I recieved this book like I am right now and some how going off subject........................ Oh right sorry, where was I hmm oh yeah the book as I started looking thourgh it I saw some free classes and as I got to the end I saw the most amazing thing ever!!! A class called "Missionary Prepeperation (youth)" I could not believe my eyes I would never thought that they help pre-missionarys so that is what I'm doing I'm taking classes to help prepare me for a mission YESSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!
